Terms of Sale and Returns

Welcome to VM Safety Solutions Ltd. These terms set out the conditions for purchasing products directly from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Contract

• All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase.

• We will confirm acceptance of your order via email; at that point, a binding contract is formed.

• VM Safety Solutions Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders before dispatch.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All product prices are displayed clearly on our website and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment for products purchased directly through our website are is processed securely through Wix Payments or other approved providers.

• We do not handle or store your payment details directly. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.

• Custom orders and Bulk purchases will be handled separately by invoice and bank transfer.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery costs are calculated based on our courier choice. 

• Estimated delivery times will be communicated clearly on order confirmation. These times are approximate and may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, order size, and courier availability.

• VM Safety Solutions Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, freight partners, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Orders will not be dispatched until invoice(s) have been paid in full.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment. If cancellation occurs after production has begun, costs may be deducted from any refund.

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. See section 5 for details.

• Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence.

• If evidence is sufficient we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

6. Product Information

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate.

• As products are manufactured using advanced composite processes, minor variations in finish may occur.

7. Liability

• Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement, repair, or refund as described above.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of profits.

• Safety products must be installed and used correctly; VM Safety Solutions Ltd is not responsible for improper installation or misuse.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
