The VM001 Fire Extinguisher Cabinet is a structurally engineered, weather-resistant composite enclosure designed to protect portable fire extinguishers in demanding commercial, industrial, and marine-adjacent environments.
At the core of the VM001 is a monolithic, single-piece GRP body produced using a controlled silicone bag infusion process. This continuous construction eliminates secondary bonded seams within the primary enclosure, enhancing structural integrity, impact resistance, and long-term protection against moisture and airborne contaminants.
Unlike traditional steel cabinets, the VM001 will not rust, corrode, or degrade in coastal, wash-down, or chemically exposed environments. The UV-stabilised gelcoat and Lloyd’s Register-approved composite materials provide consistent performance in both internal and external installations.
Designed to meet IP56 ingress protection standards (independent testing underway), the VM001 features:
