With a background spanning multiple industries, he saw how outdated communication, unclear pricing, and long lead times were frustrating businesses. At VM, Jamie leads with a customer-first approach — ensuring modern service, clear pricing, and responsive support are at the heart of every order.

Gary brings decades of hands-on experience in composite manufacturing and leads AGV Composites, an industry-recognised specialist in GRP solutions.
